Job Description

You join our Talent Management team within the Human Resources Department of the Asset & Wealth Management division; this one brings together the Wealth Management, Payroll Savings and Asset Management entities of Natixis, which has a HR Project Manager F/H, for a 6-month internship starting from February or March 2026.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, Learning and Change, you will mainly interact with other Human Resources teams in the division and at Natixis, with the Internal Communication teams of the division and at Natixis, and with the teams dedicated to certain projects. Some of the exchanges take place with international interlocutors.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

Integration process: taking into account existing devices, propose and deploy a pre-approachboarding and an improvement of the integration process at the AWM pole level,
Support for the organization of The Students Challenge by Natixis Investment Managers: facilitate certain sessions and key steps, manage the event component of the Final of the program,
Organization of the reception of second-year interns for the hub, for our different entities and on our different sites,Depending on the activity, occasional participation in other transversal projects at the AWM pole.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a university degree or business school, with a specialization in Human Resources / Project Management / Communication.

You master the tools of Office 365, mainly PowerPoint and Excel; Canva’s knowledge will be appreciated.

You know how to demonstrate rigor and reliability. You are autonomous and have the ability to manage priorities, deadlines and deadlines.

You have very good interpersonal and writing skills. Energetic and positive, you will know how to project an attractive image of our pole internally and externally.

You know how to be proactive and manage several projects simultaneously.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
