Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our "Epargnant Relationship" team within Natixis Interépargne, for an internship of a duration of 4 to 6 months from January 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

Process incoming calls from savings employees and study the calls (categories, volumes, distribution, reasons,...) ;
Process KYC Savings;
Analyze and make recommendations for improving the support of savers and optimizing the Customer Relationship;
Make recommendations and conduct action plans. You will study the different solutions that could be implemented to optimize omnichannel (technical, organizational, digital solutions,...).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+3/4/5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Banking, Management/Sales/Distribution or Marketing/Communication/Digital.
You are recognized for your dynamism, your seriousness, and your proactivity.
You are endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and an appetite for Customer Relations.
You thrive in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
