Our Power Solutions Thailand site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

In this role you will take an active part in helping to shape the future of the Power Solutions department at Bosch Thailand and in ASEAN region. 

You will be involved in working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and improve our sales processes and solutions, analysing business insights, creating content for business development and connecting with various overseas stakeholders to ensure we are achieving optimum operations. 

As a Bosch intern you will benefit from on the job training in a supportive working environment where you can develop your personal and professional skills. You will get involved in preparing data and presentations, working with colleagues here in Thailand and overseas. In addition, there may be opportunities for you to organise workshops, shows and events.

Essential Qualifications/Skills: 

• Studying for an undergraduate or Master's degree which requires you to take a placement as part of your course 
• Ability to organise own work and work autonomously 
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail 
• Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills 
• Good written and spoken English 
• Proficient in MS office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
• Able to use an integrated system such as SAP, social media, databases or other tools provided by the company to do your role 

Desirable:

• Has experience in using AI tools, basic coding and/or Microsoft Power Automate
• Interest in the automotive or technology industry
• Passion for working on undefined and new discovery areas

Additional information

You get a behind the scenes look into the workings of a global player – at your request outside Thailand. You are directly involved with the team and can gather practical, degree-related experience.

We are looking for interns that can spend ideally a 12 month internship beginning in March 2026 or similar time but this is negotiable. This position is open to undergraduates or Masters students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.  

You will be required to work in the Bosch Power Solution Sales office which is based at FYI Centre, Klong Toei, Bangkok. 

Working conditions

•  Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 am. – 5:30 pm.

•  Vacation eligibility: 1 day / month

You must have the right to live and work in Thailand when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement.
