Internet Sales Specialist - FFUN Dodge North Battleford

Are you tech-savvy and passionate about helping businesses grow online? We’re looking for an Internet Sales Specialist to join our team at FFUN Dodge North Battleford.
As our Internet Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in boosting our online presence and attracting more customers to our dealership. Whether you’re a digital marketing pro, or someone eager to learn, we want someone who can help us connect with the local community and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
Respond to all inbound internet leads quickly and professionally (email, chat, text, social media)
Engage customers, qualify their needs, and guide them through the buying journey
Book appointments and drive traffic into the dealership showroom
Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into sales
Assist customers through the full purchase process, both online and in-store
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM notes, ensuring no opportunity is missed
Work closely with the Sales and F&I teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Manage and update website inventory listings to ensure accuracy and appeal
Support digital marketing initiatives, promotions, and online campaigns
Monitor and enhance online reputation through customer reviews and engagement
