Meade Lexus of Lakeside is hiring an Internet Sales Manager to lead the communication process that turns internet and phone opportunities into better guest engagement, stronger appointments, resulting in increased sales volume.
This hands-on leadership role is focused on fast response, transparent communication, consistent follow-up, personalized video, CRM quality, and appointment set, shown, and sold performance. Sales associates remain part of the sales process, but this position plays a major role in how each opportunity is handled from first inquiry through showroom visit.
What You’ll Do
Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and inbound phone opportunities
Manage guest communication across phone, email, text, personalized video, and CRM follow-up
Provide clear, helpful, and transparent information that moves guests toward the right next step
Use personalized video messages to answer questions, introduce vehicles, build trust, and improve engagement
Ensure leads are properly assigned and sales associates complete timely, appropriate follow-up
Track appointment set, shown, and sold performance by lead source, associate, and communication channel
What Success Looks Like
Guests receive fast, professional, and transparent communication from the first inquiry
Follow-up is consistent across phone, email, text, video, and CRM
Appointment set, shown, and sold performance improves
Internet and phone lead conversion improves through better communication and follow-up quality
What We’re Looking For
Experience in automotive sales, internet sales, CRM management, guest communication, or dealership lead handling preferred
Strong communication skills with a professional, guest-first approach
Organized and consistent, with the ability to manage multiple active conversations at once
Comfortable reviewing performance data, identifying gaps, and improving process
Familiarity with eLead or another automotive CRM is a plus
