Aufgaben:
• Eigenverantwortlicher Einkauf von Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukten aus der EU
• Identifikation und Auswahl von Lieferanten
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen, inklusive regelmäßiger Bewertung, Audits und Weiterentwicklung sowie Preisverhandlungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld
• Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse, Implementierung von Best Practices und effizienten Methoden im Einkauf
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und regulatorischen Anforderungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Qualitätsmanagement, SCM, Logistik und Vertrieb
• Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Steuerung der Lieferperformance, Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Gewährleistung einer termingerechten Lieferung

Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im operativen und strategischen Umfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Einkaufstools
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
