International Tax Senior Specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission:

To further strengthen our Tax organization, we are seeking an International Tax Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Eschborn, Germany (unlimited contract)

• Manage the company’s international tax activities across Europe, ensuring compliance with global tax regulations and supporting business operations in multiple jurisdictions.
•  Serve as the primary advisor for cross-border tax issues, including treaty applications, withholding tax matters, and communications with foreign and local tax authorities.
•  Oversee and review transfer pricing compliance and documentation for Germany and European branches, ensuring alignment with group policies and OECD standards.
•  Drive strategic tax planning initiatives, providing guidance on new business models, cross-border transactions, and corporate structuring within Europe.
•  Monitor and evaluate key developments in international taxation, including OECD BEPS initiatives, Pillar Two/GloBE requirements, and EU-level regulations, ensuring timely implementation and risk mitigation.
•  Ensure adherence to major international tax reporting obligations such as CbCR, DAC6 and other disclosure requirements, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
•  Represent the Tax function in discussions with the Federal Tax Authority and other governmental bodies, ensuring high-quality communication and documentation.
• Support tax planning initiatives and strategic business changes within Europe
• Drive automation and process improvements in tax compliance and reporting

Your profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in tax or equivalent qualification in relevant field 
• 5+ years’ experience in tax mandatory, preferably in international taxes
• Deep understanding of international tax laws
• Language requirements: Good in German and fluent English
