You will be responsible for handling the complete sales cycle—from initial interaction to successful enrollment—while working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
This position requires strong communication skills, especially with a US audience, and the ability to build trust quickly in virtual interactions. As part of a high-growth EdTech setup, you will gain exposure to international customers and play a direct role in revenue generation and student success outcomes.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with US-based leads (parents and students) through calls and virtual consultations
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable SAT/ACT preparation programs
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle including pitching, counseling, objection handling, and closing
• Build strong rapport with customers to drive conversions and long-term engagement
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead progress in CRM systems
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Apply consultative selling techniques to position programs effectively
• Stay updated on product offerings and competitive landscape to improve sales outcomes
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 1–1.5 years of experience in sales, preferably in inside sales, B2C, or EdTech environments
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage US-based customers confidently
• Exposure to international or US sales processes is an advantage
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US time zones
• Target-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability
• Ability to handle objections effectively and convert leads into paying customers
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
