Role - International Sales Specialist
Location - Pune
Working Days - 6 Days (WFO) | Weekday Off (Rotational)
Work Timings - 9pm to 6am
Role Overview
We are looking for an International Sales Specialist to become a member of our healthcare sales and operations team. This position offers organized experience with global healthcare systems, management of international patients, and coordination of hospitals across various countries.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
● Respond to inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media channels
● Assess prospects based on their medical requirements, budget, urgency, and travel limitations
● Collaborate with clinics and hospitals to obtain treatment plans, cost estimates, and timelines
● Consistently follow up with prospects to facilitate conversion
● Keep detailed and accurate records in the CRM system, documenting all communications
● Assist the Head of Sales with outbound marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
● Address patient inquiries with empathy, patience, and clear communication
● Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
● Deliver a professional, trustworthy, and consultative approach in every interaction
Eligibility & Requirements
● 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in luxury or international sales
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
● Strong interpersonal abilities and skill in managing emotionally sensitive discussions
● Willingness to work night shifts aligned with international markets (U.S./UK/Australia); transportation (cabs) will be provided both ways
● Proficient in using CRM software and conducting organized follow-up
● Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high ownership; based in Pune or open to relocation (preferred)
