Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Inputting, processing and tracking customer orders.
• Frequent, clear communication with customers to give updates, address concerns and answer questions. 
• Consistent, positive interaction and collaboration with other departments.
• Inputting and processing new item and new vendor paperwork.
• General day-to-day sales and administrative support.
• Other duties as assigned.

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Organization and stellar time management skills are a must
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently within strict deadlines.
• Positive demeanor, team player
• Accuracy and keen attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office required; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic math skills
• Minimum of 1 year commitment preferred
• Bachelor's Degree completed or in progress preferred
