We are looking for a talented, dedicated professional to be a China-based international student recruitment officer for Flinders University. The international student recruitment officer (called a “Program Officer” at Grok) will be based in Beijing and will be fully dedicated to representing the institution.
The role’s primary focus will carrying out the university’s recruitment activities in China while other responsibilities may include assisting with recruitment activities in North Asia, assisting with partnerships, market strategy, brand building, and/or inbound programs. The position involves frequent, sophisticated interaction with international clients and significant travel time is required.

The Most Suitable Background
5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the international education sector.
Experience representing a well-known institution is an advantage.
Proficiency in both Mandarin.
Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
Strong English fluency, including proficiency in business writing and the ability to discuss strategy and analysis with English-speaking stakeholders.
Study or work experience abroad is highly preferred; experience in Australia is a strong plus.
Demonstrated experiences that reflect creativity, hard work, persistence, and a strong drive to succeed.
Basic understanding of Chinese digital marketing principles.
Demonstrated experience with data analytics and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
