International Recruiter

Atlean World, an international HR consultancy specializing in multilingual and multicultural markets, is partnering with Alpha HR, a global provider of recruitment services, to identify talented professionals for recruitment opportunities. We are currently recruiting International Recruiters to collaborate with Alpha HR on international recruitment projects across the BPO sectors. Your Role As an International Recruiter working with Alpha HR, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates for multilingual positions across Europe. You will have full flexibility to organize your work, while benefiting from the structure and guidance of an experienced recruitment team. What You will Do Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Alpha HR’s Recruitment Manager. Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability. Present shortlisted candidates to Alpha HR’s internal recruitment team. Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements: Strong communication skills with fluency in English. Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO industry is a plus. Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, comfortable working independently. Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and social media platforms.
