International Order Manager (m/f/d)

Before our high-tech equipment hits the road, it needs a champion of coordination. We are looking for a dedicated International Order Manager (m/f/d) to join our Munich team. • International Customers:  You are responsible for processing orders from our distribution partners in various markets (EU, APAC, NA), providing operational support, and ensuring the successful installation and  implementation of the EGYM ecosystem
• Processing of Requests: You take ownership of addressing distribution partners’ requests and, when necessary, act as an interface between distribution partners and internal departments
• Commercial & Logistic Handling:  You independently coordinate internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain Management and Sales, to ensure efficient planning and execution of equipment fulfillment across our distribution markets
• Projects: You actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and supporting their implementation
• Maintenance of Data: You take over the maintenance of master data and current information in our CRM tool (Salesforce)

Your fitness level:
• Experience: You have completed a commercial/technical education and have first experience in Order Management, Sales or a similar field
• Working Method: You have a very structured, goal- and results-oriented way of working
• Communication Skills: You bring a confident demeanor and convince with your very good communication skills
• Process-driven: You are extremely attentive to detail and enjoy improving and developing processes 
• Language Skills: You have excellent English skills, a second European language is a plus (especially Dutch or French)

Your training goal for your first 6 months:
• Independent Order Processing: You are able to independently take over the fulfillment of orders in our distribution markets, from receipt of the purchase order through to the successful implementation of our hardware and software solutions, with regard to technical and logistical requirements
• Tool: You are proficient in our CRM tool, Salesforce and are experienced in its daily use 
• Network: You have built trusting relationships with your team and stakeholders and are appreciated for your cooperative working style
