As an International Operations Associate, you will collaborate closely with International Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and our Operations team to oversee local processes. These processes are crucial for ensuring our customers can efficiently hire, invoice, and correctly compensate new clients and workers. You will actively participate in billing clients for the correct amounts, ensuring compliance and timeliness. Additionally, your role will involve identifying operational bottlenecks, communicating these insights to the Product team, and contributing to the development of features aimed at advancing our company's excellence.

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

• Enroll international workers across EMEA in payroll systems and required social security / statutory institutes, ensuring accurate setup and compliance with country-specific timelines.

• Manage employment lifecycle events for EMEA workers, including salary adjustments and issuance of corresponding addendums and contractual amendments.

• Generate, track, and secure execution of employment agreements (initial contracts, renewals, amendments) for EMEA, ensuring documents are delivered, compliant, and signed ahead of effective dates.

• Serve as the primary liaison for EMEA between internal customer-facing teams and external vendors, primarily payroll providers, supporting smooth onboarding setup and ongoing employment maintenance.

• Coordinate with the Payroll Operations team to ensure worker data, compensation changes, and documentation needs are reflected accurately and in advance of payroll cutoffs for EMEA.

• Maintain a high-quality onboarding experience by ensuring all contractual, statutory, and payroll enrollment steps for EMEA workers are completed before activation and payment deadlines.

• Support internal teams with EMEA-specific documentation status, confirmations of statutory enrollments, contract execution tracking, and addendum issuance.

• Assist in identifying workflow improvements and operational efficiencies in the areas of contract execution, payroll enrollment, vendor communications, and compensation updates across EMEA.

• Other duties as required based on organizational priorities within the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience - ideally at a fast-paced B2B Saas tech startup and in operations or finance functions.

• Plus if in EOR/PEO space and in global / multinational context.

• Resourceful in finding answers to questions and a natural “problem solver”.

• Excellent at project management and proactive execution - great at managing deadlines and coordinating among different stakeholders to deliver.

• Execution oriented - “quick fire”; you can handle multiple tasks at once and are outcomes-driven.

• Methodical in organizing tasks.

• Experience across multiple geographies is a plus.

• Proficient in English; Advanced written and verbal English communication is a must.

• Attention to detail and numbers/analytics oriented.

Bonus Points for:

• Prior experience working across multiple countries

• Specific experience in the employer-of-record (EOR) and/or professional employer organization (PEO) space in a global/multinational context

• Multilingual fluency

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
