About the role
As our Work Experience – International Markets & Partnerships, you will be provide support the Partners & International Markets Team. She/he will be responsible for assisting with daily back-office tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and operational processes within the team.
You must have a minimum level of professional experience and demonstrate a degree of seniority appropriate to the responsibilities of the role. Prior exposure to the tourism and services sector is essential, with a clear understanding of industry dynamics, key stakeholders, and service standards.
Key responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.
Supervise the check·in process by Concierge Services in Salesforce (Leisure & MICE groups)
Support in Group Bookings (Convert Leads, Welcome Packs, transfer, lunch, etc.)
Management of print material & merchandising for BAU and specific campaigns
Material stock control and record important material inputs and outputs
Manage incidences with suppliers
Material stock in Concierge Services control & maintain Concierge Services permanently supplied with Food & Beverages
Welcoming groups, hospitality management for MICE & Leisure groups, including: communication with Aviareps or Travel agent to arrange final details, transfers, A-boards, Welcome Packs, merchandising…
Tracking of The Apartment services and booking
Prepare Tourism material for all Partners needs (tradeshows, fairs, suppliers, etc.)
Give support with the coordination of events in Las Rozas Village
Keep the tourism stock update (once a month)
EVIP pass creation: prepare VIP passes within personalized QR for our partners
Food & Beverages vouchers: control and tracking
Salesforce updates (accounts, bookings, campaigns…)
About You
We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
Tourism studies
Excellent knowledge of English and Chinese
Relevant experience gained outside of Spain would be advantageous
Strong computer skills, Excel, Power BI
An interest in retail - Brand awareness and understanding
Comfortable liaising with people at all levels of the business
Strong communications skills
Flexibility
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work both in a team environment and as an individual
Self-starter but team player
