YOUR IMPACT:
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and executive decision-making — taking on real ownership from the very beginning.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Provide high-level support to the Management Board, including scheduling, travel management, and meeting preparation
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials that contribute directly to decision-making
• Take ownership of your own projects and initiatives, gaining real autonomy from day one
• Coordinate international operations and cross-functional tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Collaborate with multiple teams, learning how complex, global tech businesses operate

THIS IS YOU:
• Strong communication skills in both English and German (C1/C2) — able to navigate complex conversations and manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Prior experience in executive support, international coordination, or project management is beneficial but not mandatory
