MISSIONS :

• Management et contrôle des consolidations pays et régions dans l’applicatif FP&A pour les phases de clôtures trimestrielles, budgétaires et d’atterrissages.
• Production des supports servant aux revues de performance trimestrielles des business units du groupe.
• Soutien aux équipes finance locales et régionales dans l’utilisation de l’outil FP&A.
• Suivi des KPIs finance servant à la mesure de la performance en relation avec la direction des ressources humaines.
• Production d’analyses chiffrées et d’outils d’aide à la décision sur les différentes phases (clôture, budget, atterrissage)
• Participation aux développements et tests de l’applicatif principal (Board).

PROFIL :

• Une première expérience réussie en contrôle de gestion idéalement dans le secteur de l’assurance.
• Connaissance des mécanismes de consolidation et d’éliminations comptables.
• Expérience dans les systèmes de gestion/planification (Anaplan/Board etc.)
• Anglais et Français courant indispensable.
• Bonne capacité d’analyse, rigueur et sens de l’anticipation.
• Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des correspondants dans le monde entier.
