We are looking for an International Distribution Specialist Back Office.

What will your challenges be?
Manage the necessary documentation for exports to international subsidiaries/distributors/travel retailers.
Manage the necessary documentation for dangerous goods.
Coordinate triangular operations of the company.
Verify and ensure distribution processes for the correct development of the operation.
Coordinate export customs clearances.
Communication and coordination with International Carriers and Forwarders.
Maintenance and monitoring of KPIs with International Transportation providers.
Validate and control logistics costs related to the company's exports/imports.
Track incidents of exports to international subsidiaries / distributors / travel retailers.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Education: Higher Level Training (Transport and Logistics, International Commerce /) or University Degree (Preferably Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience performing international trade/export functions. (Valuable experience in cosmetics and healthcare companies and/or forwarding companies).
Computer Skills: Google Suite + Excel + SAP.
Languages: Spanish, Intermediate English.
Competency Profile: Humble, Flexible, Analytical skills, Committed.
