Skysun is seeking highly motivated International Call Center & Lead Generation Executives to drive our outreach efforts in the US Market. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in the US.
• Utilize lead generation techniques to identify and qualify prospects.

• Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments with qualified leads.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

Consistent participation in training and skill development sessions is expected.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
• Resilience and a positive attitude when handling rejection.
• Ability to follow scripts and adapt to different calling scenarios.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
