We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head – Crop Nutrition & Biologicals (International Business) to lead end-to-end international operations with full P&L ownership. This leadership role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding global market presence, and building a scalable commercial organization across Crop Nutrition, Bio-stimulants, and Bio-fertilizers segments.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and deliver revenue, margin, and market share targets across assigned international markets.
• Develop and execute mid- and long-term global growth strategies.
• Lead sales planning, key account management, and multi-country channel expansion initiatives.
• Build and optimize international distribution networks and B2B partnerships.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive effective go-to-market strategies.
• Lead new product introductions (NPI), portfolio expansion, and commercialization roadmaps.
• Collaborate with regulatory and product development teams to accelerate registrations and market readiness.
• Identify strategic partnerships, licensing opportunities, and potential M&A prospects.
• Monitor global market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to refine strategy.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance international commercial team with strong accountability and results orientation.
