The firm regularly represents clients in the full range of investigations and proceedings initiated by the SEC, Department of Justice, FINRA, Congress, state regulators and attorneys general and other government agencies. An International Arbitration Practice is interested in discussing associate positions in Washington DC and New York with lawyers who have two to five years of post-qualification experience. Lawyers should have experience in dispute resolution and/or public or private international law, with an outstanding academic record and fluency in written and spoken English. Language skills a plus.
