This is a part time opportunity, 25 hours a week to be a key member of our Rexel Bunbury branch and be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers within the electrical industry
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently whilst ensuring timely delivery
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Responding promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
• Resolving customer concerns and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock availability and order fulfilment
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals
