Position: Internal Sales Administrator
Location: Northern Ireland, Craigavon Area, Office based
Salary: £25-27k per annum plus commission scheme
Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:15am – 17:00pm and Friday 08:30am – 16:00pm (37.5 Hours Per Week)
About the Role
This is an exciting entry-level sales opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
You’ll be part of a supportive sales team, acting as a key point of contact for customers and partners. From handling inbound enquiries and preparing quotations to proactively following up opportunities, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full sales cycle. Over time, the role has the opportunity develop into a solutions-led sales position, working with a diverse portfolio of technical products and customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Responding to inbound customer calls and emails quickly and professionally
· Reviewing and routing enquiries to ensure the right response every time
· Creating accurate sales quotations in line with pricing policies
· Proactively following up quotations and identifying new sales opportunities
· Supporting the external sales team and account managers with day-to-day activity
· Generating leads through outbound calls and customer engagement
· Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
· Using SAP CRM to manage enquiries, quotations, and customer data
· Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date
· Working closely with the sales orders team to ensure smooth order processing
· Sharing updates on activity and opportunities in weekly sales meetings
· Collaborating with service, technical, purchasing, and finance teams to deliver a great customer experience
How You’ll Work
· Office-based role
· Occasional travel to other UK offices for initial training or business needs
What We’re Looking For
· A genuine interest in sales and a desire to grow your career
· Confident, clear communication skills (written and verbal)
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
· Experience with an ERP system is helpful (SAP is a bonus, but not essential—full training provided)
· Someone who enjoys working independently while also being part of a team
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
· Ability to read or understand technical drawings
· Exposure to mechanical or electrical products
· Experience with online or digital sales
· Knowledge of the marine, industrial, or construction sectors
