We are looking for an experienced Internal Replenishment Team Leader to manage and oversee all replenishment activities within the warehouse. The role ensures the continuous and accurate flow of stock from bulk storage to picking locations to support daily operations and maintain high product availability.
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the warehouse replenishment team during daily operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment from bulk storage to picking locations.
• Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain availability targets.
• Review replenishment reports and resolve shortages or location discrepancies.
• Coordinate with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Optimize storage usage and improve replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Prepare daily KPI and operational reports for management.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of warehouse operations experience (Retail or FMCG preferred).
• Previous experience in replenishment, inventory, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and RF scanners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
