About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing internal recruitment, HR administration, and supporting smooth communication between employees and management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing structure with people interaction and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all recruitment activities through our HR platform, BambooHR.
Filter and shortlist candidates for various internal roles.
Schedule interviews and liaise with department managers.
Oversee and manage employee leave records (annual, sick, etc.).
Ensure all new and existing employees have accurate and signed employment contracts.
Assist with general HR administration and employee–employer coordination.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR or recruitment administration.
Strong working knowledge of BambooHR or similar HR systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and approachable personality.
