As an Internal Program Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our programs consistently meet organizational standards and best practices. Your work will directly impact the quality, safety, and effectiveness of our athletic offerings, supporting both participant development and operational integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled audits of coaching sessions, administrative processes, and program operations across multiple sport disciplines
• Assess adherence to organizational standards, curriculum guidelines, safety protocols, and participant communication practices
• Review planning documentation, attendance records, participant progress reports, and incident logs for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and document gaps between standards and delivery
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting non-compliance findings and commendations
• Present findings constructively to Program Directors and team leads
• Track corrective action plans and follow up to confirm resolution
• Maintain organized audit trails and records for program evaluations
This role requires regular presence at program facilities, evening and weekend availability, and travel between sites in both indoor and outdoor sports environments.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, quality assurance, sports administration, or related operations
• Familiarity with multi-sport or recreational programming for youth and/or adults
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to a personal vehicle for travel between program sites
• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed to audit sessions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, or process auditing
• Coaching experience
• Familiarity with participant management or scheduling software
• Knowledge of sport governing body standards and best practices (e.g., Respect in Sport, Safe Sport)
