US Synthetic has an immediate need for a Spares Inventory Specialist located in Orem, UT. The Spares Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing spare parts inventory and coordinating dispatch operations to support maintenance and production teams. This role ensures the timely response to down machines and spare parts retrieval for Maintenance Techs. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for process efficiency.

What you will do:
Be Self-motivated with ability to prioritize work content throughout each day
Respond to incoming Andon calls via two-way radios, providing support across multiple departments, including Maintenance, Raw Materials, IT, NPD, Tooling, and Quality.
Assist Maintenance Teams with dispatching, spare parts management, project coordination, and machine relocations.
Provide customer service and support at the Spare Parts window.
Maintain and enhance 5S standards in Spares areas, including Bench Stock, Red Tag zones, Mechanical Rooms, and the Maintenance Shop.
Conduct scheduled inventory counts, including annual year-end audits- Typically occuring January 1st day shift hours.
Collaborate with bench stock vendors to ensure optimal inventory levels and adherence to 5S standards.
Manage Spare Part Rebuild inventory, including tracking through L2L and coordinating shipping and receiving processes.
Work closely with maintenance supervisors and external vendors to facilitate the shipment of rebuilt parts.
Oversee in-house inventory for machine shop supplies and 3D printing materials, ensuring timely replenishment.
Process part issuance and transactions within the Made2Manage (M2M) system.
Be a team player

Serve as a member of the First Responder team.
Work collaboratively as part of the Spare Parts and Maintenance teams maintaining flexibility to support operational needs during periods of higher demand, which may include overtime that is not your normal shift hours, including weekend and holiday coverage or assisting during day shift hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED is required
