About the Role At Impact Studios, we design and build digital products & services that sit at the intersection of user needs, business objectives and modern tech . As part of Plain Concepts, we combine a strong engineering backbone with a boutique consulting mindset to ship solutions that matter. We are looking for a Senior Design & Product Strategist who bridges UX Design, Product Strategy and Product Management . This position combines strategic, conceptual and h[LC1] ands-on UX capabilities . You will work end-to-end across discovery and delivery: from understanding markets, strategic challenges of our clients, users and stakeholders to shaping product visions, roadmaps, feature sets and the UX and UI that bring them to life . A key part of your work will be designing digital, AI-native products and services - experiences powered by AI agents, copilots, automation and generative systems. You bring experience in AI-driven UX , prompt-led interactions, adaptive interfaces and the conceptual design of intelligent workflows. The scope covers both, market-products addressing commercial customers as user groups as well as enterprise solutions addressing internal stakeholders and users of our clients. [LC2] You also enjoy leveraging Low-Code / No-Code environments (e.g., Replit, Lovable) to rapidly prototype concepts, validate hypotheses and accelerate product delivery. You think like a product strategist , work like a UX designer , and communicate like a consultant : comfortable in C-level conversations, in the research field with users and in detailed product/UX decisions with tech teams.

Requirements: Key Responsibilities Shape Product Strategy & Vision Define clear product visions, value propositions and experience principles aligned with client business goals and Impact Studios’ strategic direction. Connect clients‘ strategic challenges, user needs, AI opportunities, market trends and business objectives into coherent product strategies and roadmaps. Help clients prioritize where to invest: from AI-enabled MVPs to scaled intelligent platforms. Lead Product & Design Discovery Plan and run product and design research (qualitative, quantitative, strategic). Develop personas, journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps and AI opportunity maps. Translate insights into sharp problem statements, product concepts and testable hypotheses . Design AI-Native Products & UX Create end-to-end product concepts , user flows, interaction models and feature definitions that incorporate AI-powered behaviours. Design AI-native UX patterns such as copilots, autonomous agents, adaptive UIs, intelligent suggestions and multimodal interactions. Build wireframes, interaction models and high-fidelity prototypes in collaboration with the UI team. Hands-on UX Design & Visualization Produce wireframes, lo-fi & hi-fi prototypes, interaction specifications and micro-interactions . Define and refine interface logic, flows, IA and interaction patterns . Ensure that design decisions reflect the product strategy, research evidence and technical constraints. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Delivery Work closely with AI, engineering, data and product teams to bring concepts into production day by day functioning as a bridge between product & technical delivery. Support user story creation, acceptance criteria and backlog refinement. Facilitate workshops across discovery, prioritisation, design and iteration cycles. Use Low-Code / No-Code for Rapid Product Validation Prototype ideas using tools such as Replit, Lovable, or other Low-Code / No-Code environments . Drive early validation of AI-based workflows and user interactions. Support internal teams in accelerating product delivery through rapid experiments. Drive Quality & Contribute to Our Product Offering Champion human-centred, AI-aware product design . Mentor junior designers in product thinking, AI UX and discovery methods. Contribute to our Product Studios playbooks, frameworks and methodologies . Profile & Requirements Experience ~6+ years in UX Design, Product Strategy, Product Management or Product Design . Proven track record in end-to-end product delivery including shipped digital products. Demonstrated experience designing AI-native experiences and intelligent workflows . Strong conceptual and practical experience in UX design , including wireframing, prototyping and UI collaboration. Experience using Low-Code/No-Code tools (e.g., Replit, Lovable) for rapid prototyping. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different layers of the organization. Skills Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate vision into concrete UX and product decisions. Mastery of UX methodologies: journeys, flows, IA, service design, prototyping. Strong capability in AI UX design (agent interactions, prompts, adaptive UI behaviour). Comfortable defining customer journeys, epics, user stories, KPIs and measurement frameworks .[LC3] Excellent communication, storytelling and workshop facilitation skills. Fluent in English; Spanish Mindset Hybrid: equally strong in product strategy, UX design and hands-on execution . Entrepreneurial, quality-driven and able to simplify complexity.
