• Conducting internal status meetings
• Document management
• Create and maintain a corporate identity webpage
• Maintenance of work instructions/process descriptions
• Administrativ tasks
• Maintenance of FAQ databases
• Participation in audits + Reporting

• B2 English language skills
• Knowledge of M365 tools (SharePoint Online, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
• Good organizational skills
• Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status
• Commitment to at least 20 hours of work per week
• ITIL, Agility knowledge is an advantage
• studies related to computer science or economics is an advantage
