Our specific mission in Vaccine RD Transversal Operations team is to provide optimized support and services to Vaccine (Vx) RD functions. Main responsibilities: This position operates within Vaccines R&D Global Transvers al Operations , with the mission to support Vaccines R&D transformation through 2 main axes: develop & implement strong and impactful internal engagement actions (80%) and strategic learning plans across Vx RD (20%). Most specifically this position oversees the : Development and deployment of I nternal E ngagement S trategy aligned with Vaccines (Vx) R&D ambition & objectives , coupled with an impactful communication plan with the ambition to federate all collaborators in our transformation journey, while remaining fully aligned with GBU communication strategy In alignment with GBU Communication team, develop and deploy Vx RD specific internal communication Propose and develop engagement actions aligned with Vx RD team expectations (require a good connection and understanding of the Vx RD community) Further boost the top down & bottom -up communication channels between the Vx R&D top management and the rest of the organization, adapting communications channels & messages Work closely with Global Vaccine R&D head and leadership team to prepare for key internal and external events (Town halls, Webinars) Support the VRDLT in its c ommunications within R&D and beyond, by providing the appropriate training , services & resources Drive creation of compelling content to inform audiences and inspire them to act Ensure that key messages are delivered within VR&D, Sanofi vaccines and Sanofi Group to both share information and encourage & foster engagement Lead preparation and analysis of Your Voice survey in collaboration with P&C partners and TRT with LEBI Development and deployment of Global Strategic Learning Plan and knowledge retention aligned with Vx R&D priorities and in close collaboration with relevant company Learning organization (Global RD, Digital …) Accountable for deployment & execution of learning strategies in Vaccine R&D Ensure understanding of R&D Learning vision and strategy Facilitate internal dissemination of knowledge developed Ensure interfaces with R&D University, Sanofi University, Digital Leaning Institute and Vx GBU Seamlessly collaborate with P&C led initiatives Change Management efforts in support of Cultural and Operating changes required by Take the Lead ambition, including Digital transformation Dimensions/Scope: Financials : responsible of an averaged budget of 500 K Eur /y Job dimensions The role requires a high level of connection and alignment with all Vx RD functions, and with other parts of the organization including Vx GBU Communication, Global R&D, Learning team This role requires a GLOCAL mindset , an innovative and digitally savy approach to problem solving You lead a team of 2 people based in France and North America About you Previous experience in internal communication/engagement position(s) combined with background in science/R&D Tracked record of successful transversal initiatives leadership Excellent written and verbal communications skills in French and English and ability to distil complex technology and business information into clear, concise messaging Strong communication skills with ability to craft compelling messages for targeted audiences and communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally Digital fluency across social media, collaboration platforms, and modern learning technologies, with interest in creative engagement approaches Strategic vision for Learning & Development, including knowledge of adult learning theory, developmental approaches, and L&D tools/systems Advanced understanding of cognitive sciences and modern working methodologies, with ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate proactive thinking Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, including skills to influence diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining a collaborative, positive attitude Why choose us ?
