Join the Internal Control & Administration team at Bosch Rexroth Oil Control and gain hands-on experience in the world of internal control and accounting within a leading industrial company.

What you will do:

• Dive into the world of internal control by supporting the execution of Detective Controls within the Cash Flow area.

• Support the execution of Monitoring Procedures required by Corporate.

• Contribute to managing and verifying administrative activities, mainly related to accounts payable.

• Work with advanced management systems (SAP, Apache, Web Reporting) to analyze and validate data.

• Take part in collecting and organizing internal documentation and company delegations.

• Enter data and results into the global COMFORT tool and collaborate with different company functions.

What you will learn:

• How auditing works in an international industrial environment.

• How to monitor complex business processes and ensure internal compliance.

• How to read and manage administrative data using real digital tools.

• How to work in a team, interacting daily with different departments.

🎯 Education: You have to graduate in Economics or similar.

💻 Experience and know-how: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.

🗺️ Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏼 Soft Skills: You are careful to details and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal and good ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels. You are a great team worker.
