The Internal Control Analyst role supports the internal control function by monitoring compliance, managing book mandate processes, and maintaining accurate reference data across multiple systems. This role involves close collaboration with book owners, risk management teams, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies and operational integrity.
Essential responsibilities
• Review automated daily reports and perform Risk Datamodel-based checks to ensure compliance with book mandates and internal policies
• Assist in managing and overseeing the creation, amendment, and maintenance of book mandates.
• Provide guidance and support to book owners during mandate amendments and related processes
• Maintain book reference data and metadata across systems such as the internal book monitoring Tool (TraMa), Endur, Risk Platform, and Tagetik. Ensure timely communication of changes to all stakeholders
• Prepare weekly reports and deliver ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and respond to queries
• Administer Risk Platform Active Directory (AD) Group access, including user rights management and periodic reviews
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with risk management systems and financial platforms (Endur, Tagetik, etc.) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
