Reporting to the Senior Internal Communications Partner, the Internal Communications Partner will be a trusted communications advisor to our Product and Technology (P&T) team - the team that builds seamless customer journeys and game-changing digital experiences.

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of internal communications; strategic planning and counsel, compelling narrative, change communication and engagement. You are a brilliant writer who quickly builds relationships and is just as happy writing strategic plans as you are getting the job done and executing brilliantly.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with senior stakeholders in Product &Tech, becoming their go-to advisor for all things internal comms.
• Craft compelling narratives and campaigns that bring our strategy to life and inspire our people.
• Lead communications for change and transformation programmes, ensuring our people are informed, engaged and ready.
• Champion innovation, bringing fresh ideas and best practice to push our internal comms to new heights.
• Build strong relationships across Entain, connecting teams and ensuring our messages resonate globally.
• Create bold, creative content across channels - from intranet to video - that cuts through the noise.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in an Internal Comms Partner role within a fast-paced, complex global organisation. (Product &Tech experience advantageous).
• Good creative, technical and platform knowledge to create and deliver brilliant content and events in a compelling way through the appropriate channels including SharePoint, Teams Live, Viva Engage, Slack, video, digital and social.
• A confident communicator with exceptional writing skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong track record in change and transformation communications.
• Creative, energetic and commercially savvy, with a sharp eye for what makes messages land.
• Skilled in delivering high-impact campaigns, events and engagement activity across diverse audiences.
• A self-starter with outstanding planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at pace.
