About the Role

As an Internal Communication Intern, the main tasks include creating engaging content/copywriting for internal channels, assisting in campaign planning, managing project feedback, providing administrative support, and collaborating with teams to ensure consistent messaging. This internship offers valuable exposure to corporate communication strategies and practices. This role will also support the development of key visuals for campaigns, initiatives, and internal announcements to ensure messages are communicated clearly and consistently across channels.

Job Descriptions

• Schedule posts and monitor engagement includes crafting the content and execution of internal email campaigns, including creating templates, segmenting recipient lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Create and collaborate with graphic designs in visual assets (online and offline) for internal communications.
• Document communication processes and guidelines and guidance on internal communication tools.
• Help maintain and update the company's intranet (Life at Amartha Hub) by uploading content, ensuring accuracy, and organizing information for easy access by employees.
