Internal Audit Administrator

The opportunity

You’ll play a key role in keeping our SOX program organized and on track, partnering with internal teams and external auditors while owning tools, documentation, and workflows that drive efficiency. What you'll be doing

• Administer Audit Systems: Manage user access and maintain data integrity within AuditBoard to ensure a seamless audit environment.

• Coordinate SOX Programs: Support the end-to-end SOX lifecycle by tracking milestones, gathering evidence, and updating real-time progress dashboards.

• Standardize Documentation: Take ownership of audit work papers and process flowcharts, ensuring all records are precise, organized, and complete.

• Facilitate Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the central point of contact for external auditors (EY) and internal owners to streamline meetings and communication.

• Support Team Operations: Drive departmental efficiency by managing vendor onboarding, tracking timesheets, and overseeing team-wide scheduling

What we're looking for

• Audit Software Proficiency: Technical ability to manage user access, maintain control libraries, and navigate audit management platforms (e.g., AuditBoard).

• Compliance Framework Knowledge: Foundational understanding of SOX program administration, including evidence collection and milestone tracking.

• Expert Documentation Skills: Precision in managing digital work papers, applying naming conventions, and updating process flowcharts.

• Google Workspace Mastery: Advanced skills in Google Sheets for data tracking, Calendar for complex scheduling, and Docs for report formatting.

• Liaison Experience: Professional capability to coordinate communication and deliverables between internal departments and external audit firms (e.g., EY).
