Intern/Working Student Legal Operations (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You support our Legal Counsel in the development of the legal department and the conception of processes/workflows.
• You help in setting up a contract management tool, define workflows and processes.
• You assist with data privacy management and the control of legally compliant auditing and archiving processes.
• You support legal knowledge management and ensure that all relevant information is presented in an effective way.
• You help our teams with legal questions from the operational day-to-day business, e.g. by drafting and reviewing contracts.
• You support the development and conception of inhouse legal trainings.
• You assist with the further digitalization of a modern legal department.
• You take responsibility for your own projects.

What we require::
• You are currently pursuing a German law degree or similar (with a legal focus) with outstanding achievements.
• You have a strong interest in legal operation & legal tech.
• You work independently, responsibly, reliably and with a positive mindset.
• You have exceptional computer skills (- Word, Excel, PowerPoint are a prerequisite, while coding experience is a plus.)
• You impress with your professional flexibility, curiosity and openness to learn.
• You like to work in a team and maintain customer-oriented communication.
• You are fluent in English and German.
