Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Working Student or Intern (all genders) who brings structure to complex topics, connects data, and develops smart digital solutions to make our funding projects and internal processes more efficient and transparent – with the opportunity to further develop towards a role in Systems Engineering over time.
Look forward to a role with real impact, a high level of responsibility, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is not a purely technical position, but an exciting mix of project management, data, and process optimization.
You will mainly support us with:
• Preparation and consolidation of Excel data and project information
• Supporting budget forecasting for funding projects
• Contributing to the alignment and structuring of project topics
• Assisting in the definition and optimization of processes
• Creating visualizations, dashboards, and landing pages
• Developing and improving web interfaces / PowerApps (e.g. for budget tracking)
• Supporting automation solutions (e.g. Python or PowerApps)
• Closely collaborating with project leads to clarify project definitions
• Providing general project management support

Requirements:
• Enrolled student (all genders) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Strong interest in the intersection of data, processes, and project management
• Initial experience with Excel, ideally also with Python or PowerApps
• Structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with different stakeholders
• Open, motivated personality with a proactive approach to engaging with others
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
