🎯 How you will make an impact:
•
Set up and support lab and onboard test measurements (vibration, temperature, motors, structures)
•
Research and prepare DAQs, sensors, and test instrumentation
•
Improve prototyping lab tools, layout, and workflows
•
Optimize 3D printing processes and part quality
•
Support prototyping, assembly, and test activities
•
Manage 3D printing operations and part post-processing
•
Assist with component selection and engineering documentation (ISO 9001/9100)
•
Provide hands-on support during peak workload phases
✅ What you need to be successful:
• Valid work permit (citizenship or visa) for Germany
• Currently enrolled in a university within Germany
•
Aerospace, mechanical engineering, or similar background
•
CAD and 3D printing experience
•
Knowledge of electronics and embedded systems (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, DAQs)
•
Understanding of drone/aircraft design and development cycles
•
Hands-on, proactive, and organized team player
•
Comfortable working autonomously in lab and workshop environments
•
Driving license is a plus, not required
