Your mission:
As an Intern / Trainee in the Customer Success Team, you’ll gain hands-on insights into the world of alternative investments and support our institutional clients. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams from Business Development, Finance, Technology, and Operations. Through this, you’ll develop skills in communication, project coordination, and analytical thinking.
Your Responsibilities
• Support Customer Success Managers in daily client communication and handling inquiries
• Prepare materials for client meetings, including agendas and follow-up documentation
• Coordinate regular client check-ins and business reviews
• Maintain customer relationship data
• Respond to routine inquiries and forward complex issues to the appropriate team members
• Assist with onboarding projects in the field of alternative investments
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and outcomes
• Coordinate meetings and communication between internal teams and clients
• Maintain project documentation and status reports
• Support data collection and status updates for management
• Contribute ideas to improve onboarding processes and workflows
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Help create resources and materials to support customer success
• Gain knowledge of alternative investment products, operational processes, and technology platforms
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and resolve client issues
• Assist in coordination between Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams
• Promote internal communication and knowledge sharing
Your profile:
• Interest in financial services and customer management
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Team player with a tech-savvy and analytical mindset
• Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus
• At least 6 months of full-time availability
