Technology Program Intern
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized intern to support active technology projects across our customer engagement and service platforms, including ServiceNow and Twilio.
This role will assist project leads with coordination, documentation, tracking, and operational support activities across multiple in-flight initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to real enterprise delivery projects involving automation, communications workflows, and platform integrations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in technology project delivery, platform operations, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day project coordination across ServiceNow and Twilio initiatives
• Maintain and update Jira boards and ticket tracking with accurate status notes
• Assist with meeting minutes, action tracking, and follow-ups
• Help maintain project documentation, including:
• RACI matrices
• Risk and issue logs
• Status trackers
• Project dashboards
• Use Excel to manage trackers, logs, and reporting summaries
• Document and organize call flow and process flow diagrams
• Support testing coordination and defect tracking activities
• Help prepare project status updates and presentation materials
• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to collect updates
• Ensure project artifacts are organized and up to date
Qualifications:
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (trackers, structured sheets, formulas preferred)
• Familiarity with Jira boards or similar ticket/project tracking tools
• Clear written communication skills (structured minute-taking)
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow structured processes and templates
• Comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly
• Able to manage multiple small tasks concurrently
