The Singapore Country team oversees, shapes, and grows the business in Grab Singapore. We contribute to Grab's vision of being Southeast Asia's superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore. We develop business strategies that help us achieve our vision of serving our community.

Get to Know the Role

As part of the Singapore Operations team, you will sit in the Strategy team within the Strategy & Partnership functional team. The Strategy team is responsible for the Singapore Country Strategy and works on top agenda, high impact projects spanning across all the businesses in Singapore (e.g. Grab Financial Group, GrabFood, GrabCar, GrabAds, and GrabMart).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will support and coordinate projects with other teams to bring tangible impact to Grab's business
• You will conduct market research, track and compile industry trends
• You will conduct business analysis for high impact strategic topics
• You will provide strategic advice on business-critical issues by performing thorough research and organising complex information into applicable insights.
• You will conduct end-to-end analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel (can write advanced macros) to translate results into relevant business insights

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You are pursuing an MBA programme or undergraduate majoring in Finance/Business/Economics/Management
• Proficient in SQL and Python/R
• Capable to dissect complex analyses and translate these into applicable business insights
• Preferably able to commit full-time from August to December
