Your tasks
Protocol Development: Implement and evaluate routing and MAC layer protocols on SDR platforms
System Integration: Configure and integrate Mobile Ad-Hoc Network concepts on SDRs hardware
Performance Evaluation: Design and conduct experiments to assess protocol performance
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze results and contribute to research documentation
Collaborative Research: Work closely with the team and university research chairs on project goals

Your qualifications
Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field; currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
Deep understanding of Software Defined Radios and routing protocols
Excellent programming skills in C and Python
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English, basics in German
