The Internship at Medtronic will support and help Acute Care and Monitoring within an assigned tasks on following up orders from hospitals , finalizing all related invoices with customer care and products release .

Internship details:

• Start date: May/June
• Location: Cairo, Egypt
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Work model: hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Excute sales orders generated by sales team , following up all the related process till the customer receive the goods .
• Supporting in Market related interactions when needed .
• Managing and responding to customer concerns and problems. 
• Arranging demonstration of products by field sales representatives. 

Required knowledge and Skills:

• Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical background, biomedical engineering or a related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Eager to learn & develop
• Ability to work with a team, Good communication skills
• Multitasking

Would be a plus :

• Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies & relationship building 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently & drive results 
• Business planning skills 
• Acceptable communication and presentation skills 
• Demonstrated ability to grasp use of technology & applications (ie., iPad, SalesForce.com, SAP); PC literate
