Intern Retail Marketing (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM:
As Intern Retail Marketing you will support our Store Marketing in planning and executing marketing initiatives that boost Store awareness, traffic, and sales conversion in our Westwing Stores. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, get hands-on experience in retail marketing, and help our Store to thrive commercially. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Support in creating and coordinating store awareness and traffic-driving marketing initiatives
• Organise in-store events and sales-conversion campaigns
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and local insights
• Work closely with Store Managers to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing activities on the ground
• Help track the performance of initiatives and prepare reports and summaries of key learnings
• Support the planning of new store openings, including event preparation and partner outreach
• Manage small projects independently and take ownership of operational tasks as needed

YOU COME WITH:
• You are currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications or a similar field (or have recently graduated)
• First experience in marketing – ideally in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or similar consumer brands
• Strong organisational skills and a hands-on mindset – you enjoy making things happen
• Creativity, an eye for aesthetics, and strong attention to detail
• Confident using PowerPoint and Excel; basic Adobe skills are a plus
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken language skills in both German and English
