👩‍💻The role

We are looking to bring on board a motivated and detail-obsessed Intern, Reservation Operations to support critical backend workflows at Headout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with spreadsheets, and is eager to gradually grow into a broader role that touches key operational processes.

The internship spans 9 months, beginning with a 3-month foundational phase focused on data entry. This initial phase is designed to help you deeply understand our reservation systems, workflows, and how the fulfillment engine at Headout operates. By working closely with the core data, you’ll develop an eye for detail and gain contextual knowledge essential for supporting complex operational tasks.

Following this, your responsibilities will expand to include core fulfillment activities, such as booking confirmations, basic data analysis, report generation, and resolving issues on both the customer and service provider (SP) fronts. You'll get hands-on exposure to how data, people, and systems interact at scale in a high-growth environment. Interns who show strong ownership, learning agility, and execution typically move into full-time roles at the end of their internship.

This is a remote-first role, open to candidates across India.

• You’re tool-savvy. You have hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, and are comfortable with formulas, filters, and navigating large datasets.

• You’re organized and dependable. You manage your workload independently, meet deadlines reliably, and bring consistency to every task, no matter how small.

• You’re eager to grow. You’re not just here to enter data. You're here to understand the big picture and support fulfillment at scale.

• You’re a clear communicator. You can flag inconsistencies and data issues clearly and work collaboratively across teams to resolve them.

• You’re a fast learner. You pick up new tools and processes quickly and are open to feedback, iteration, and experimentation.

• Have prior internship or academic project experience in data operations, reporting, or analysis

• Have worked on customer operations or order fulfillment processes

• Are comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced environments

• Understand how performance metrics and data accuracy influence business decisions
