We are seeking an organized Intern, Project Management Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the Project Management team for our Products division. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications. The projected span of the internship is 6-months and will be based out of our Calgary office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Project Management team
• Assist with tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, status updates, and project logs
• Support scheduling and coordination of team meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
• Maintain organized digital and physical project files and folders
• Assist with data entry and updating project management tools
• Support preparation of basic reports and presentations for project reviews
• Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Perform general office support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program (Business, Project Management, IT, or related field preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with document management software.
• Comfortable working with project management tools and spreadsheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
