The Role

As the Celonis Professional Services Global Program intern you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the global CS Programs that directly impact our customer value & professional services team members ability to be effective in their customer-facing roles. The CS programs are focused on skill-building and driving adoption related to customer journey methodologies, product & technical capabilities, and process & tools compliance. You will be joining a highly motivated, passionate, and driven team focused on high impact enablement & quality execution.

• You will gain leadership & project management skills while executing strategy in partnership across operational, product, and business functions in a global, diverse, fast-paced environment.

The work you’ll do:

• Create & Maintain Celonis Professional Services Communications & Assets: you’ll get to own and design content, ensure proper management of materials and communications channels.

• Coordinate Workshops and CS Programs: responsible for scheduling global and regional sessions, content preparation, communications, and post-session success reporting for onboarding & upskilling live sessions.

• Support Stakeholder Management: partner with CS Programs team members to liaise with relevant stakeholders for requirements gathering and feedback on enablement program effectiveness & prioritization.

• Program Analysis & Reporting: analyze program compliance and produce reports for leadership review; understand business needs to assess effectiveness

Your Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with SaaS sales, customer success or consultant a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience or coursework in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related fields; proficient in Excel.

• Passionate and proactive individual eager to learn and contribute.

• Have excellent project management & organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across timezone gaps.

• Complete tasks with diligence and attention to detail without losing the big picture.

• Work very structured and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to work and communicate effectively.

• Have a hands-on, pragmatic and results-oriented working style.

• Have excellent written & verbal communication skills, and are fluent in English (German, Spanish or other languages are a plus).

• Creative flair and a curiosity for new and innovative ways of doing things.

• Knowledge of Communications Platforms (EXP) is a plus.
