About the Role
Help shape the future of coaching at a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.
We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual who’s not afraid of hard work and excited by the opportunity to make a real impact. This is a unique role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment — it’s not for the faint-hearted, but it is an exciting chance to help influence and shape how we deliver coaching at scale.
We’re Bloom — a coaching-tech startup blending group learning, AI copilots, and bold, cinematic content to help leaders, managers and teams grow. Less like training. More like story-driven, behaviour-shifting experiences.
We’re in sprint mode — building and testing course modules like “You Gave Feedback & Nothing Changed” and “All Talk, No Action.” The material is strong. Now we need help making it scalable and operationally sound.
The Role: Producer – 1:Many & Group Coaching Delivery
Purpose of the Role
Own the operational delivery of Bloom’s 1:Many and Group Coaching sessions; ensuring seamless execution, coach readiness, and scalable capacity management. This role removes logistical friction from coaches and protects delivery quality as demand grows.
Core Responsibilities
1. Capacity & Coach Allocation
Manage coach availability across 1:Many and Group Coaching sessions
Maintain forward visibility of pilots, launches, and ongoing engagements
Allocate coaches from the approved product catalogue
Monitor utilisation levels and delivery load
Act as the operational bridge between CS, Content, and Coaching Ops for live delivery
Surface capacity risks and delivery strain early
Flag recruitment requirements based on pipeline demand
Support onboarding readiness of new coaches (from a scheduling & delivery perspective)
2. Coach Briefing & Readiness
Maintain and uphold standardised delivery frameworks (run-of-show templates, timing discipline, platform norms)
Prepare and distribute structured briefing packs for each session or cohort
Ensure clarity on session logistics, objectives, audience context, and run-of-show timing
Confirm platform requirements and access in advance
Run technical rehearsals with coaches (slides, polls, video playback, breakout functionality, share screen permission, audio / lighting, internet stability)
Establish clear communication protocols for live delivery
Set up of private communication channel during delivery
Confirm delivery readiness before go-live
The objective: coaches focus entirely on facilitation - not logistics.
3. Session & Cohort Setup
Create and manage meeting links (including recurring sessions for cohorts)
Configure breakout rooms and polling tools
Prepare shared documents or collaboration boards
Manage calendar coordination and reminders
Ensure all platform permissions and recording settings are correct
Shares slide deck (final approved version)
4. Live Delivery Management
During sessions, the Producer:
Opens and manages the room
Admits participants and monitors attendance (including points of drop off)
Launches polls and manage interactive tools
Creates and closes breakout rooms
Monitors chat and surfaces key questions / insights for the coach
Time-keeps and manages overruns
Troubleshoots technical issues in real time
Executes contingency plans if disruptions occur
As group size increases, the Producer adapts execution to maintain structure, flow, and professionalism.
5. Contingency & Risk Management
Maintain documented delivery contingency protocols
Prepare backup access to slides and session materials
Ensure host rights and escalation pathways are secured
Execute calm, structured responses to technical failure
Delivery should feel stable and controlled at all times.
6. Post-Session & Operational Tracking
Secure and distribute recordings (where applicable)
Track attendance and engagement data
Log delivery notes and improvement opportunities
Monitor cohort participation trends
Flag disengagement risks to CS / Coaching Dept
Maintain accurate internal reporting
7. Continuous Improvement
