Operations Intern (Yachts & Villas)

As an Operations Intern with the Kensington Yacht & Villa team, you will develop a foundation for a successful career in Operations, Strategic Management or a related field, along with receiving support provided through a talent team of driven mentors, guaranteeing you get the most of your time here. The position will give you a thorough understanding of the luxury travel segment and learn all the details of the industry.

Job responsibilities
• Assist with current yacht trips operations, demand planning, and use your business acumen and analytical skills to work on various tasks
• Work closely with and support the Operations Manager, Yachts on all related and assigned tasks
• General administrative tasks such as organizing files, email communication, data entry and team collaboration

Qualifications
• Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management
• Detail-oriented, organized with excellent verbal & communication skills
• Work well with a team and eager to learn & grow in a fast – paced environment
