Intern - Operations Support and Authorizations (m/f/d)

📅 Internship Terms - 6 months, full-time (either 40 or 35 hours/week)
📍Start Date - May 2026

About the Role

• Support administrative processes, including complaints management, authority requests, authorization checks, and database updates

• Conduct business and marketing analyses for current and potential routes, including competitive benchmarking, pricing reviews, and capacity comparisons

• Assist Operations with documentation, quality case analysis, global communication with business partners, and punctuality performance reviews

• Perform bus station–related analyses, system checks, and outreach to station managers for invoicing or troubleshooting

• Provide hands‑on operational support at the Lisboa bus station, such as internet setup, TVM checks, and delivering documentation or devices to BP supervisors

About You

• You are a student in Business, Transport, Law, or a related field

• Possess availability for a full-time internship starting May 2026

• Have native level Portuguese and fluent English are a must

• Have excellent communication and relationship building skills

• Possess strong attention to detail and confidence preparing documents, reports, and research

• Have built solid Excel skills and proficiency with document creation tools

• Are proactive, self driven and with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
